HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM WORKSHOPS
The experience of a Timed Out escape room requires diverse skills and talents along with effective collaboration to solve and escape. This makes Timed Out a great place for a team to come together, to improve, to learn more about each other, and even to transform to a higher level of performance. While we are happy to host your team outing, we have also developed a team-performance curriculum featuring strengths-based team performance workshops led by Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches. Our workshops include Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment for all team members which will be central to the workshop discussion and outcome.
We currently offer three different levels of team experiences depending on your specific goals and expectations.
The Team Outing experience focuses on the social aspect of team building – in other words – getting to know your colleagues. This package includes an escape room experience for the entire group along with a fun teaming exercise that is specifically designed to help improve communication, creativity, collaboration and personal connections.

A half-day workshop, utilizing each team member’s CliftonStrengths Assessment which they will take in advance of the session and is included in the engagement. We’ll help each team member understand their assessment and underlying talent themes, as well appreciate the talent themes of their colleagues. Then we’ll explore the talent mix across the team and ID specific outcomes that help drive team performance in the office. Finally, we use the escape rooms as a proof-point for practicing what we’ve learned and watching talents in action.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM WORKSHOP
This full-day workshop expands the Team Workshop program to include before and after performance assessments in our escape rooms, as well as additional developmental tools that drive strengths-engagement in the office. Participants will take the CliftonStrenghts Assessment in advance of the day, and will do two escape rooms – one at the beginning of the session, and at the end of the day after we’ve explored the strengths of the team.
Most importantly, this engagement includes both pre- and post- event individual executive coaching sessions with team leader(s) to ensure the leaders understand how their strengths impact their management style, and how they interact with the members of their teams. Further, these discussions ensure that goals are defined and tailored during the session, and that the concepts and takeaways are creating impact in execution.
Large groups can be subdivided into smaller teams and a catered lunch is available.
